To reserve your KAUAI VACATION requires a deposit of $250. Sixty days prior to your arrival in Kauai, payment in full is due. Upon receipt of payment, your key code will be sent directly to you. 

All prices plus applicable Hawaiian taxes. $150 clean out fee for 2 bedroom units, $130 for 1 bedroom.

Security Deposit & Fees
A fully-refundable $250.00 security deposit confirms your reservation and may cover any outstanding phone calls during your visit.


Policies
Rent must be paid in full 60 days prior to occupancy.  All condos are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.  No pets please.

Cancellations & Refunds
Full refund if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival unless a last minute booking can fill the dates.
